Hello Everyone,

I need some guidance on below question.

I have recently switched my insurance from home owners to landlord policy. My insurance company sent guy to inspect once. But they had issued insurance on day I applied. Guy who inspected gave some report asking to fix the issue on roof and if it’s not addressed they will terminate policy by January,15th. But on 24th December there is lightning and property got caught up with fire. Now I raised claim Immideatly. Will there be any issue on Jan,15th deadline in this case ?

Regards!!

Arun
