Black friday shopping and deals

Hello everyone, I am located in New York City (Bronx), and I am currently tackling a renovation for a triplex rental I plan to keep. It needs everything: all appliances, cabinets, flooring, tiling... everything. For you seasoned investors, does it make more sense to go to Home Depot and take advantage of their deals for appliances and such, or are there better alternatives for flooring, tiling, and appliances? I've heard of floor and decor, but haven't had the chance to check them out. I also don't mind driving to Jersey if it makes sense
