Why am I not able to rent the house?

Hi Team, 

I recently put this house on rent and lowered the price from $2500 to $2250. I am using a third party like Hamlane to enlist the home which will show up in almost all platforms where people look for houses for rent including Zillows. I have even posted in the Facebook marketplace and made a group to advertise the property. I had two people interested but they never showed up to the property even after confirming their appointment. I am unsure what steps to take so it can go on rent asap.
