Ellie Reimer of Aerowood Property Management

Alex Powers
Posted

Hello,

I am one of the many people who was duped by Ellie Reimer and Aerowood PM. I have not been able to locate her since Aerowood was stripped of their real estate license. Does anyone know where to find her? Thanks for the help.

@Alex Powers just read the DORA news release about her. That is wild. I haven’t had to hire out PM for my rentals yet but what I’ve been told is that 10% are good, 80% are mediocre/fine, and 10% are awful.

@Alex Powers I would probably agree with this. We've taken over from several other property managers, and the bar is pretty low in my opinion. However, there are more and more resources that are helping the industry as a whole, so hopefully this will shift more positively in the coming years.
