Lease for renting out a Garage

I recently purchased a duplex and the garage is being rented out by another party. I want to continue renting it out, does anyone have a lease agreement for renting out a garage?!

    @Cardiay Watson

    Perhaps you can use a standard lease form and just specify only the garage is being rented out?

    Hello, my friend! What we can suggest is just to use the original lease agreement, and where the unit is, just to put "Garage" and add that the only garage is rented. There is no specific form, to be honest, to lease a garage. Hope it was useful 😉
