Friend looking to rent in Sacramento, need advice
My friend is looking to rent in Sacramento, she is looking for a nice area paying no more then 1700/month. She would like to rent a house, she will be working at Sutter Memorial Hospital. Dog and cat friendly, minimum 2/1.5. Can you give me rental advice on where to rent?
Also what are the rental regulations working with an agent? Does the owner pay the agent fees or does not the renter pay the agent fees?
