@Seth B. you might be better off investing at the blackjack table based on that strategy. You need to know who you are entrusting that decision to, because at the end of the day your money is on the line. I would believe it better for you to have the vision of where you are trying to invest as to leaving it to someone else. I also think that you might need to study and take a trip to get to see it for yourself. Taking advice on where to invest from someone else could be advantageous, but the element of risk is extremely high doing it that way.

But to answer your question, there are several property managers in the area and I would suggest using one that you can hold accountable. I would also suggest using a member of the Atlanta chapter of the National Association of Residential Managers as well (I have no affiliation with them). There have been some horror stories reported on BP about bad property managers here, good luck in your search though.
