Mailing Notices
So, when you mail a notice to a tenant, I assume that you send it certified mail with return receipt requested? Is that correct? So, you have proof that you mailed them an envelope, but they can always lie to the judge and say that the envelope was empty? How do you prove the contents of the letter that you send if it gets before a judge?
