Notify my Mortgage Company I'm renting my home?
Hi, good afternoon everyone. Brand new to this forum. :)
My fiancé owns a home and is moving into my home ... she has owned her home for about 5 years ... should she/does she have to notify her mortgage company that she/we will be renting it? Thank you for your help!!

I do not believe she is required to notify them of this. Read the note and mortgage to confirm
