Need some URGENT guidance on property insurance provider/broker in SoCal

Hello RE investors,

I owned several duplex/triplex rental properties in San Diego, and Nationwide is our commercial insurance provider. Last year, i had to file two water damage claims for two units. Because of that, Nationwide just told us they no longer wanted to renew our policy in May after being with them for 10+ years without any claims. That said, any advice on which insurance carrier/broker i should reach out to get my rentals insured before May 1st? Thanks much in advance for your help.
