Tenant has defaulted on lease, question regarding notice to quit

First time landlord and I am definitely learning some tough lessons here. Hoping someone can give me some advice. I have just been notified that there is extensive damage (an unteported leak caused by one of the tenants bidets) and an unauthorized pet in my rental home that may have also caused damage. I want to serve a notice to quit for the damage and also for nonpayment since I have not received rent yet this month. My understanding is Oklahoma law requires a 15 day notice to quit for damage and a five day notice to quit for failure to pay rent. The length of time specified in their rental agreement is 30 days and 10 days respectively. Would there be there any issue with me simply modifying the notice to quit forms to fit the lengths of time stated (30 days and 10 days) in their lease?
