Removing inherited tenants
Hi All,
I bought a duplex in the beginning of February with tenants. They both are low income and have a hard time making ends meet (paying me). They were on a month to month lease with the prior owner and have not yet signed my lease. I'd like to simply part ways and serve them non-renewal papers. Do I still need to evict them? If they are month to month do I still need to provide them more than 30 days notice? (tenants for a little under two years
Thank you
