Suggestions For Rules To Add To Leese

Jeff Ryers
Posted

The lease is drawn up. My attorney is just waiting on my rules that I want to add to it. Looking for help and suggestions on things that you have found beneficial to add to the normal lease. More specifically, rules that you have added to your leese that you first overlooked. Thanks to all that respond. This is an amazing community.

Here are a few I can think of:

Make sure you have right of entry and inspections

No other occupants

No pets unless discussed

must keep on utilities at all times

must change A/c filter monthly unless you are doing so

Make sure you have a late fee policy

No additions or alterations to the property

Must maintain renters insurance
