Insurance for Landlord-Tenant Legal Dispute

    1. For landlords self managing LLC owned rentals, what insurance you take in addition to dwelling fire policy?

      I have landlord insurance on personal lines with llc as named insured.Wondering if  there are insurance options that specifically address legal conflicts arising from landlord-tenant issues? (security deposit dispute, other lease errors/issues etc)
