Undocumented rental applicant

Hey everybody got a quick question. We’ve got an applicant for one of our rentals that is undocumented. Anybody have any suggestions on how to run a background check if someone does not have a Social Security number???

 This is very common in California , just create month to month lease , check their employer and job , ask referral, they are usually the best tenant ever.
