Buildium.com - good or bad comments?

I am in the midst of testing out buildium.com for the 21 units that I have. I like the tenant portal and online collection, as well as the full-featured overall functionality of the site.

I am wondering - does anyone currently use it? How has it been working for you? How is the customer service? Any downfalls or annoyances?

I also notice that they have a referral program where the person who refers someone else (me) gets $30 Amazon gift card -- and I would save $50. Not sure how the referral program works... but if you are a current customer and like the service enough to refer me and save us both some money, send me a link! [email protected]
