Tenant damaged house , broke lease and moved out without paying rent

Leased a 3b house to a tenant with good credit score, no prior evictions, $150K salary (wasn't true).  Tenant lived there for 9 months, usually late paying rent.  Always lying and making up stories. He didn't pay rent for JUL so I gave him a 3 day eviction notice. He then paid for JUL. He paid AUG. Stopped paying rent for OCT. He was giving me BS stories, money coming late etc. he then said that he wasn't going to pay and to keep his SecDep for OCT. I explained to him that he was breaking Lease.  Gave him a 3 day Eviction Notice , filed in court, he did show up and I won by Default. I also filed a Writ Of Possession and had the Sherif come and remove all of his stuff , he had abandoned in the house.  He left the place in a bad shape. I have his full name, Truck License Plate and phone number. I texted him the total$ of damages and demanded he pay and asked for his forwarding address.  No response.  Now I want to file a Small Claims Court for house damages and 3 months of broken lease and unpaid rent.  How do I find out his new address and how do I serve the Small Claims Court paperwork ?  Do I need a lawyer to try to find his address. ?  I want this bad tenant to have an Eviction and Broken Lease record and Small Claims court for damages to warn other potential Landlords.  I gave this young man a chance and treated him well , there was no reason for him to damage the house and move out without paying. Im still fixing the place.  Is there a Public Record I can Search to find his new address ?   I've bee Receiving his mail for months, now I get a Official Change of Address Validation from USPS.
