Seeking Advice on Renting to Section 8 Tenants in St. Louis Counties across river

Zachary Becker

Hey everyone! I'm exploring the idea of renting out property to Section 8 tenants in St. Clair County and Madison County, across the river from St. Louis. I'm particularly interested in insights from fellow investors or realtors who might have valuable information or experiences to share.

Are there specific considerations, tips, or challenges I should be aware of in these areas? I don't see many places that are rented out, especially in Cahokia, IL, where I am most interested. Any advice on navigating the Section 8 rental landscape would be greatly appreciated! Please feel free to drop your thoughts, tips, or connect if you have relevant experiences. Thank you in advance!
