Where to find Legal California Leases?

I searched online but I only see some for free and that seems a bit sketchy. I thought of talking to an attorney but they are very pricey. I have a draft from the California Association of Realtors but it has the Draft watermark all over it. Where is a good place to find a lease and one where I can edit for I want to add some addendums.
