Landlord initiated ACH

We are currently in the process of switching our e-rent payment provider. We have over 1,000 residents who already set up recurring monthly rent payments via ACH through this processor. We have residents information on file. We're a small operations and want to avoid having residents re-authorized and chasing them down to do so.

Is there an ACH service or processor that we can transition to that allows landlord to initiate ACH? Even if we have to re-authorized each and every one of the resident's banking info we have on file. I like to avoid the coordination headache with each resident. Thanks!
