Eviction Process
hello,
I live near Baltimore and just starting my career in real estate. I'm looking for multi family homes and foreclosure homes but I wants to ask that if I'm managing my own property, how troublesome is eviction process? Do I have to go to Sheriff's office to start the process or do I call a special department? And if I am using a property management company, how will they handle it?

There are a lot of businesses nationally and internationally that specialize in providing turn key investments with in house property management. If you decide managing properties yourself isn't something you're comfortable with, I would look into this.
Also, each situation is different and this may not apply to yours, but there are eviction alternatives, such as "cash for keys". As you said, multiple months of no rent with expenses still accruing, to only get a house that is damaged in return isn't a great scenario. Imagine what is being stolen and abused while you wait for eviction proceedings?
Proper due diligence is worth an infinite amount of money.
