Tenant bailed owes over $4k
I live on the east coast had to fly over to clean up my trashed property. Would like to file small claim but don't have a new address for the tenant so no way to serve papers. He bailed without paying the last few months of rent... Do I just have to eat the costs? Anyone else been through this? Anyone have any tips to find new address? Also, yes, BIG lesson learned; can't be too nice unfortunately :( Thnx

You don't need his current address to sue.
List the last known address (your rental property address) and the magistrate will take care of it.
Sue them, then go to the prothonotary with the judgement and get a lien against them. Then find out their place of employment and have their wages garnished.
