Hi All,

flying solo and not using an agent this time around to rent a property. Is Marketplace still a good tool? What about the "boost" feature on marketplace? Zillow still safe? I am avoiding craigslist. I'm also going through the verification process with realtor.com and apartments.com. And of course, doing the old sign in the front yard which so far has yielded the most interest when compared to marketplace and zillow. Market is far north dallas area. Why am i doing this? I have more time these days for my rentals and hoping to save on commissions. I do not have a real estate license and so MLS is out.

Thanks for any useful info!
