Property Manager Recommendations Request

Hello,

New here, but not new to Boise.  I have one property ( 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bath townhouse in the North End) that I am looking to rent out.  Due to an upcoming move, I would like to find a property manager to secure a tenant and manage the property.  I've looked at several lists of managers, but does anyone have someone they would recommend or would recommend I stay away from?
