Lease in Colorado

Hi BP!
Got a question, I will have my 8-plex In Colorado completed in about 6 months and will be renting them out.  I want to know if within the lease I can have a cleaner come in at my expense to clean the units.  This way I can find out the current state of my units.  Is this possible?  Is anyone doing this?
