Collecting past rent from skipped tenant

Don't you just love social media? 2 years ago a tenant i was trying to help skipped and left me with $4k of arrears and damage. She could not be found....so I wrote it off and got a new tenant. Well, yesterday Linked-in suggested her as someone I might know! Seems she has now returned to town and got a new job. I called her and she says she won't pay the outstanding amount. Anyone got a good collection contact in Cape Coral FL? Or any other ideas?? Many thanks
