This reminds me of the three stooges "A Plumbing We Will Go".

Apparently this is a hot water line turning this poor guy into a lobster. 

He does come up with some interesting solutions to it though.

The first step is to shut the water off to prevent damage or turning yourself into a lobster. Then deal with the break.
