Where to get appliances

I finally rented my townhome! I dumped the property management company, got a realtor to get someone in it. I found out later they were charging the tenants an arm and a leg to just get an application in, among other things. We live and learn, right? I will be managing it myself, since it is only one property. And of course because it was 7-8 months vacant. Things went wrong the moment the tenants moved in. The one I need recommendations is appliances. Where does everyone get appliances, that wont break the bank? Thank you in advance.
