Where to get appliances
I finally rented my townhome! I dumped the property management company, got a realtor to get someone in it. I found out later they were charging the tenants an arm and a leg to just get an application in, among other things. We live and learn, right? I will be managing it myself, since it is only one property. And of course because it was 7-8 months vacant. Things went wrong the moment the tenants moved in. The one I need recommendations is appliances. Where does everyone get appliances, that wont break the bank? Thank you in advance.

Congratulations on finding tenants for your townhome! Regarding appliances, there are a few options you can consider:
- Buy used appliances - Check out local classified ads, thrift stores, or online marketplaces like Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist. You may be able to find appliances in good condition at a fraction of the cost of buying new.
- Buy new appliances from a big-box retailer - Stores like Home Depot, Lowe's, and Best Buy often have sales and discounts on appliances. You can also check if they offer any financing options to make the purchase more affordable.
- Consider buying scratch and dent appliances - These appliances may have minor cosmetic imperfections but are otherwise new and functional. You can often find these at discounted prices at appliance stores.
- Rent appliances - Some companies offer rental options for appliances, which may be a good option if you're looking for a short-term solution or don't have the funds to buy appliances upfront. However, keep in mind that this option may end up costing you more in the long run.
When selecting appliances, consider their energy efficiency, durability, and overall value for the price. It's also a good idea to check reviews and ratings from other customers to ensure you're getting a quality product
