Airbnb basement. Backyard entry

I am looking to Airbnb my basement. I would like for guests to enter through the back door. The only problem is that there is no pathway walking up to the backyard gate door. Just a few yards of grass that does not belong to my property. It is not a far walk, but my concern is that when it rains this will get pretty muddy and not be comfortable for the guests. I am thinking about letting the guest know about this issue in the Airbnb Description and allowing them to enter through the front door if they have a problem with it. But I would honestly prefer the guests to just enter through the back with minimum interaction. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to navigate this issue!
