Appfolio Experience as Property Owner?

Hi, all.

I've been managing my own properties for more than a decade using Buildium. I'm now hiring a PM who uses Appfolio for my portfolio, and my family's portfolio. There are about 60 units total between the two portfolios. 

It looks like Appfolio doesn't have a way for owners to see ledgers in real time - instead owners can only see reports that are generated at specific moments in time. Is that true? Is there a way for me to see the lease ledger and accounting ledgers in real time, without waiting for a monthly report? I want to be more informed than that, but don't want to be constantly bothering PM staff. Buildium's owner portal let's owners see the ledgers at any time, which is really nice.
