Why do Property Managers not show Success Numbers on Websites?

I’ve been researching which property managers to hire for my condo. Many use third party tools to track their portfolio, such as Buildium, AppFolio, etc. Why do good PM not show metrics around vacancy rates, communication, and landlord retention on their websites? If a PM is good and they use software to manage their portfolio, it seems like they should market their track record publicly.
