Found good Lead Paint Tester for Toledo Lead Safe Ordinance

I hope this is allowed here, but since I've asked so many questions I wanted to share something I found. I am getting lead tested for my rental before I put tenants in there and I found a great lead tester who can do appointments in a couple of days and meets with you first [for a fee] to walk the property and explain exactly what you need to fix/do/correct BEFORE the swipe test. He has free videos on his website and resources as well, but the fact that he walked me through and spent time showing me everything BEFORE the expense of testing my multifamily is helpful and reassuring.
