Distraction of Property

Karen Turnage
Posted

During a tour of a property, I had a mother with two children who kicked and slammed doors and wrote on the walls. The mother tried to control her children, but was unable to talk to me and keep an eye on the children while they ran around the house. She is interested in renting the home and at this point I have no pending applications. I have serious concerns at the distraction during a 15 minute tour. What have others done to help protect their property?

Aloha,

I am pretty sure "holy terrors" are not a protected class! HARD PASS!
