Email communication with tenants
Curious to know how everyone with multiple rentals manage e-mail communications with tenants. Assuming you have each property under it's own separate entity, do you use one global email for all properties and then organize e-mails within your e-mail application by properties, do you use an individual e-mail address per property, or do you use another method? Thanks in advance!
One email, multiple email folders under the inbox, for owners, tenants, vendors, prospects, and certain specific, larger properties. NO Texts allowed, only people to get my cell number are the vendors. All others get only my office number, which has an after hours answering service for emergencies.

One email. Most email services allow you to create filters and tags for emails, so you can automatically tag them to a certain property. For example, Jim Bob rents 123 Straight Street. Create a filter so that every email from Jim Bob is automatically tagged "123 Straight Street" so you can easily find them. If an invoice comes in from a plumber, you can manually tag it as "123 Straight Street" and keep them all together.

Hello, I do one email. I have all kinds of rules and folders within outlook, its quite impressive what outlook can do for you. I would encourage you to watch some YouTube vids! Good luck! Happy investing!
