New Jersey - Lease Agreements

Unfortunately, I can no longer live in my current situation. I am renting out my single-family home and the lease agreement is up in January. As a landlord, am I able to give my tenants notice that I will not be renewing the lease agreement? After looking on the NJ government sites, it seems more complicated for a landlord to be able to do this.
