Townhome rental property- help getting started!

Hello, I wanted to post here and see if anyone would be willing to take a few minutes either on the forum or perhaps a call or video chat to help guide me in some basic first steps as I potentially look to rent out my townhome within the next few years. I believe it is a great opportunity as well as property for my first rental, but I just have several questions being that I am rookie to real estate investing.
