Laundry payment systems/ upgrade suggestions needed!

Hi,

I am looking to upgrade my washers/dryer, so I can get paid each time when my tenant uses it. It's for a triplex and currently there are 3 sets of dryer/washer for each unit connected to their own gas line/ electricity. Time to time each of them breaks, just a week ago one of the dryer broke and if I try to fix it, probably cost 200-300 ish. I pay for the water for all the washers at this time. They are just regular Amana dryer/washers without coin op or any sort of payment system integrated.

If I upgrade, I am just thinking of buying 1 set of those washer/dryer which can take card payments or install card payment system to existing units if possible? 

Would you guys be able to provide any suggestions? Should I just keep fixing units when they break, or upgrade to unit which can take payments. I want to upgrade existing units to card system but I think they only work if the unit already has Coin-op.
