Biddeford Maine - Property Management Referrals?

Hey folks!

We're buying a portfolio in Biddeford Maine, and are looking for referrals to property managers in the area... preferably ones you've worked with!  Who was great, who wasn't?  We are an experienced investor and have a value add business plan to implement in the first two years, but we need solid boots on the ground folks...  Anyone I should know?  THANKS so much!!
