Cost of Installing Luxury vinyl planks in Boston area

Hi fellow Investors,

I would like to know how much does it typically cost to install Vinyl planks for say 2 bedrooms, 120 sq ft each so 250~ sq ft in total in Boston area. I recently got charged for 1300 which I felt like too much for the job. It’s for Boston suburb.

    Usually material + 2-4$ a sqft for install

    @Yuzi Stha I would concur with @Eliott Elias, typically $2-3 sqft for labor in and around Boston. Material can vary depending on what you buy.

    That seems about right. There's likely a min for them to even show up with their crew so the 250 sf is a rather small job so you don't have efficiencies there to get better pricing. If you're looking to go lean and wait for a larger rehab and it's a bedroom, have you thought about carpeting it for the meantime?
