Lien kicked off working with us by walking us through the entire property buying process and even connecting us with a great lender! My time working with with Lien lasted a few weeks. While this is my first property, I wasn’t sure what to expect...but I always felt rushed when speaking to her and as she she was trying to talk down to me. Lien helped my wife and I find a two family property in the Boston area to house hack. The market can be tricky out here because of the average age of homes and the neighborhood by neighborhood variation. Hey BP, Whether you're a first time RE investor or a seasoned investor, Lien Vuong is who you want on your team! Lien kicked off working with us by walking us through the entire property buying process and even connecting us with a great lender! She hooked us up with an investment calculator that I've used to evaluate every one of our potential deals. The first property we wanted to place an offer on we had checked out without Lien. She went to the house herself the next day and sent us back a defect list that would put most home inspectors to shame! Lien is incredibly knowledgeable on the entire Boston metro area. My time working with with Lien lasted a few weeks. While this is my first property, I wasn’t sure what to expect...but I always felt rushed when speaking to her and as she she was trying to talk down to me. I sent her several properties in which she responded late to - two days after, one property was already under contract. Lien is an excellent real estate investor who helped me acquire a 2-family investment property in the greater Boston area. She has an extensive range of geographic knowledge and market insights in the area. I had specifics of what properties we were looking for in a few different towns and she proactively sent listings. During walkthroughs, she was helpful in providing thoughts on what was a reasonable price point, estimated cap-ex, value-adds, and not-worth-its. As David Greene says, there's no shortage of real estate agents out there, but there is a a shortage on GREAT agents. With the constant value Lien brought throughout and after the purchase (helping w/ existing tenants, connecting me w/ local professionals, etc.), she certainly falls into the latter of the two categories. I cannot recommend Lien enough whether you are an experienced investor or this is your first purchase.
