Refrigerator recommendation please

My refrigerators seem to fail in 6 or 7 years. I don't want to waste money on a repair bill that could simply go toward a new fridge. Any recommendation on a fridge for rental units with reasonable cost, and longevity. What make and model? Is a six year old refrigerator worth repairing?

Almost all my repairs are ice/water in the door. I could reduce repairs significantly by not having it. But I think it helps reduce vacancy and increase rent, paying for itself. So I buy whatever brand comes in stainless with ice/water in the door that runs $1,000-$1,200. Get the free removal and delivery/installation and have the tennant coordinate that. They’re usually appreciative that you bought something new, quickly, and made them sort of the process.

I don’t have any brand recommendations. I have had horrible luck with my last 2 Samsung and LG. Mostly very loud (thin metal shaking because of compressor, no warranty cover this, it’s “normal”) and bad ice makers. Oh yeah< and plugged/frozen drain tubes.

If this is your biggest problem, just “Be Happy”. You didn’t get the $5,000 ac repair or $7,000 main water line repair call.
