Property Managment Lead Letter

Hey Guys, I am a broker that has been working on rehabs and flips in the Southern California area. I am looking to supplement my income and start generating some more cashflow with managing some properties before I have the capital to invest in my own rental properties.

Does anyone have a introduction/proposal letter that they send and/or email to prospects? Or do you have a sample of a letter that a property management company has sent to you?

What are your best lead generation tactics for property management? I am looking more for single family and 1-4 units?

Please let me know. Thank you!
