Hello everyone, I'm getting started with my first property and will have two tenants as I house hack the third room. With me being a first-time landlord, I was wondering what books are recommended to read to prepare me to manage my property as best fit.

Thanks!

I don't know of a book specific to roommates, but the best Landlord book out there is "Every Landlord's Legal Guide" by NOLO. Tons of practical advice and it points you to your State's laws. It also includes some sample forms you can edit and use.
