Looking for Rental Property Insurance in FL
Hey everyone! I'm buying my first two rental properties this month in Tampa Bay, both through creative finance. Obviously I need to get insurance for these properties and I'm curious what amount of coverage I should be getting. One property is a 1,300sqft SFH in New Port Richey and another is a 2/2 1,100sqft condo in Tampa. I don't know much about insurance so any insight would be greatly appreciated.
