Surety Bond or Insurance Covers Rental Deposit What say you?

Would you be willing to accept this new fangled idea of tenants offering #fintech surety bonds or deposit insurance or rent guarantees instead of a refundable cash deposit 

Here's an article https://www.axios.com/2022/05/...     Would you accept this?  Was the deposit enough to cover the frat parties, Norwegian Elk Hounds, and tenant destruction?   Anyone have these contracts that we can review the ins and outs?
