Quality and churn of Allentown tenant pool?
Hey everyone, currently in the Easton and Portland OR markets. Have been looking into Allentown for potential expansion. I have done a lot of quantitative research on the area, but was hoping to get in touch with some local landlords / investors on their experience.
What are your thoughts on the tenant pool?
Have you seen much tenant turnover?
Are there any blocks or neighborhoods that landlords should prioritize or stay away from?
