Survey - Go to Paint Colors

I'm curious if others have a go to paint scheme for their rentals I.e. Kitchens & Bath Swiss Coffee and living spaces are Revere Pewter.

Or, do you treat each rental differently and pick unique colors for that specific unit.

I paint ceilings white ceiling paint, trim is white if it is already painted or wood grain if it is already like that.  For every other wall I buy Behr Accessible Beige by the 5 gallon bucket, if there is a wall that is the color in every house.  I paint flat because you don't have to match sheen for touchup and am trying Behr scuff resistance to see if it lives up to its name.  As you scale having a multitude of paint colors is going to be a nightmare for both inventory and logistics.  This is a greyish beige color that looks good and is currently in style.  If styles change I'll change to that color but the 1 paint strategy will remain.
