Greater Philadelphia Area Groups

Hi,

I am reaching out to folks in greater Philadelphia. I've seen a few posts from people in other parts of the country and listened to a podcast from BP. I was wondering if there were any groups of people meeting from this site to bounce ideas off of, talk about real estate, land lording experience, etc.

I'm hoping its people from all points of view of real estate (real estate agents, investors, brokers, land lords, property managers, etc.)

Other areas seem to do lunch once a month just to meet in person and develop good networking opportunities in a smaller scope then BP.

Hopefully there's already something going and I can jump in. If not maybe we could get it started.
