Investing with Rise48 Equity?

I would like to know if anyone had experience in investing with Rise48 Equity multi family syndications? Please share your experience or if you know anything about them.

As a former tenant of Zach's, it was the worst experience I've ever had in a rental situation. I don't know much about their investments but the one I lived in was a dump.
