What color paint for rental?

Hello,

My wife and I are newbies to being landlords. We purchased a cute Cape cod style house. In the interior we are considering a two-tone paint combination in the rooms to make it a little more interesting and appealing, but I also don't want to make it only appeal to a certain type of person. Right now it is white with baby blue accents. It has a 50s vibe to it. I like it, but I feel it's not for everyone. Does anybody have any suggestions for colors to try that would be practical and appeal to most everyone?

Thanks
